I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to even consider therapy.
I’m a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Toronto, offering online therapy for adults across Ontario. With over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
I provide a calm, steady presence and a space where you can speak freely — without judgment, pressure, or expectation. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
I draw on evidence-based approaches — such as CBT, mindfulness, ACT, and others — to support your unique needs and goals. I believe everyone has a story to tell and I’d be honoured to hear yours. Together, we’ll explore not just what’s going on, but how you can move forward with greater insight, resilience, and self-trust.

A BIT ABOUT ME
Outside of my work, I enjoy quiet moments with a cup of tea, exploring and travelling to new places with my family, and staying active through exercise. I also love relaxing with a good show or movie — it’s often where I unwind and reset.
