I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to even consider therapy.

I’m a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Toronto, offering online therapy for adults across Ontario. With over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

My Approach to Therapy

I provide a calm, steady presence and a space where you can speak freely — without judgment, pressure, or expectation. My approach is warm, collaborative, and always tailored to your unique experiences and goals.  While I’ll listen closely, I may also gently challenge or pause you at times—especially if I notice a pattern or something meaningful that deserves more attention.

I draw on evidence-based approaches — such as CBT, mindfulness, ACT, and others, while keeping in mind your cultural background, life experiences, and especially your attachment style. I believe that many of our adult struggles—particularly in relationships— are shaped by our early experiences. Gaining insight into these patterns can help you better  understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours today.

Who I Work With

I provide therapy for individual adults who are:

  • Struggling with anxiety, stress, or low mood related to social situations, OCD, perinatal or postpartum mental health, and challenges at work or school

  • Facing major life transitions, such as becoming a parent, changing jobs, grieving a loss or breakup, or navigating chronic pain or illness

  • Working through challenges in interpersonal or romantic relationships

  • Looking to build self-esteem and focus on personal growth

As an Asian therapist based in Ontario, many of my clients appreciate having a culturally responsive and sensitive space where they feel understood. I recognize how cultural identity, family expectations, and unspoken pressures can shape how we cope—and how we heal.

As a therapist (and a fellow human!), I know the value of slowing down and reconnecting with what matters. Outside of my work, I enjoy quiet moments with a cup of tea, trying new foods, travelling with my family, staying active, and unwinding with a good show or movie. These small joys help keep me grounded—and I encourage clients to discover what helps them feel the same.
