Life can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, or major changes in your relationships or role in life. I’m Nadia Yuen, a Registered Social Worker and therapist in the Greater Toronto Area. I offer virtual counselling across Ontario for individuals who want to feel more grounded, connected, and capable of handling challenges like social anxiety, intrusive thoughts, stress, breakups, chronic pain or illness, and new parenthood.

What to Expect from Therapy

50-minute therapy sessions by video or telephone.

Step 1: Free 20-minute consultation

A brief phone call to explore your needs, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.

Step 2: YOUR FIRST SESSION

We’ll start getting to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy.

Step 3: ONGOING SUPPORT

Regular sessions tailored to your goals, focused on growth, insight, and coping strategies.



My Therapy Approach

My approach views each individual as a unique whole. During our first session, we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment to explore your past, recent, and current experiences. From there, we’ll identify areas you'd like to focus on or improve and collaborate on methods that best align with your needs.

Fees & Insurance Coverage

I strive to make therapy as affordable and accessible as possible. Please check with your extended health insurance provider as Registered Social Work services are covered by most insurance plans. I also offer direct billing for several insurance companies.

Limited sliding scale fee or reduced-fee options are also available for those who need it.
